2026 Scholarship List
Below is a list of scholarships for graduating seniors from Kennard Dale High School or York County School of Technology.
Scholarship recipients and their families are expected to attend the South Eastern Dollars for Scholars Awards Ceremony on May 19, 2026 at 7:00 PM in Kennard Dale High School Auditorium.
This list is subject to change and will be updated as scholarships are confirmed.
American Education Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Anita McLaughlin Memorial Scholarship: One $5,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Be A Giver: Three $2,000 scholarships for students with at least a 3.0 GPA who played at least one year of varsity basketball or football and are planning to pursue a 4-year degree. Preference will be given to students who are planning to major in education.
Constellation Energy Nuclear STEM Scholarship: Two $2,500 scholarships for students pursuing undergraduate degrees in any of the STEM related fields. Preference will be given to students pursuing degrees in engineering, chemistry, or environmental studies.
Constellation Workforce Development Grant Scholarship: One $5000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
D. Reed Anderson Scholarship: One $5,000 scholarship for a student who has been involved in community service & extracurricular activities and who plans to attend a 4-year college or university.
D.E.L.T.A. Scholarship (Delta Educates Leaders to Achieve): One $1,000 scholarship for a student who attended Delta-Peach Bottom Elementary first least three years and plans to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Dale R. McCleary Memorial Scholarship: One $500 scholarship for a student who has been involved in community service, has a strong work ethic, and plans to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Daniel P. Wernig Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
David Michael Folcomer Memorial Scholarship: One $5,000 scholarship for a student with at least a 3.0 GPA who is pursuing a degree in Agricultural Sciences or Construction. Preference is given to a student who has participated in 4H or FFA.
Devilbiss Technical Scholarship: Two $1,000 scholarships for students planning to attend business, technical, or trade school, payable @ $500/year for 2 years.
Elizabeth C. Neal Memorial Scholarship: One $6,000 scholarship for a female student planning to attend a four-year college or university as an allied health major (preferably nursing).
Extend Your Day Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school, preferably a student who aspires to become an entrepreneur.
Fred M. and Bertha Evans Memorial Scholarship: One $8,000 for a student planning to attend a 4-year college or university to obtain a Bachelor's degree.
Helen L. DeVoe Memorial Scholarship: Two $500 scholarships for students planning to attend a technical or trade school.
Hushon Family Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, technical, or trade school to study Agriculture or Related Sciences, Mechanic & Repair Technologies, or Precision Production Trades.
James R. Morris Memorial Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
James W. Rife Memorial Scholarship: Two $5,000 scholarships for students planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
John & Jennifer Kelly Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school pursuing a career in Health Care, Nursing, Premedicine, or Pharmacology.
John H. Beakes, Sr. & Martha A. Beakes Memorial Scholarship: One $500 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Johnson Controls STEM Scholarship: One $1,500 scholarship for a student pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field, preferably engineering.
Kennard Dale Class of 2026 Scholarship: Two $1,000 scholarships for students (one for a female student and one for a male student) from Kennard-Dale High School planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Kilgour-Lovett Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college or university pursuing a career in health care or medicine.
Lowe Family Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student attending a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Mason-Dixon Business Association & Mason Dixon Community Services Joint Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student with financial need who plans to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
O'Explora Scholarship: One $1,250 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school. Preference will be given to a student planning to attend a postsecondary institution listed in the top 50 on the U.S. News & World Report's "National University Rankings" or "National Liberal Arts Colleges Rankings".
P. Cooper Boyd Memorial Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student attending a 4-year college or university as a math, science or engineering major.
Peach Bottom Township Supervisors Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student from Peach Bottom Township planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Pennsylvania Freemasons Friendship Lodge #663 Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Rita Sebring Memorial Scholarship: One $2,500 scholarship for a student athlete who earned a varsity letter in multiple sports and plans to major in education. Preference will be given to a student planning to attend University of Pennsylvania or Drexel University.
Rolland and Jean Morris Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Saubel's Markets Scholarship: One $3,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school. Emphasis is placed on evidence of financial need, payable @ $750/year over 4 years.
South Eastern Dollars for Scholars Chapter Scholarships: Five $2,000 scholarships for students planning to attend college/university, business, technical, or trade schools.
South Eastern Dollars for Scholars Endowment Fund Scholarship: One $3,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
South Eastern Education Association Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college or university and major in education.
South Eastern Support Staff Scholarship: Two $600 scholarships for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
Stewartstown American Legion #455 Legionnaires College Scholarship: One $3,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college or university. Student must demonstrate financial need and be the child or grandchild of current or former member of the US military or the child or grandchild of current or former first responder (paid or unpaid).
Stewartstown American Legion #455 Legionnaires Technical/Trade Scholarship: Two $1,500 scholarships for students planning to attend technical or trade school. Student must demonstrate financial need and be the child or grandchild of current or former member of the US military or the child or grandchild of current or former first responder (paid or unpaid).
Stewartstown Lions Club Barton/Wolf Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student with a GPA of 3.7 or higher and who participates in an extracurricular activity (sports, arts, or any school sponsored activity). Preference will be given to a student pursuing a career in the agricultural sciences or natural resource management.
Stewartstown Lions Club Reginald Gemmill Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student with a GPA of 3.7 or higher and who participates in an extracurricular activity (sports, arts, or any school sponsored activity).
Stewartstown Lions Club Rife Family Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student with a GPA of 3.7 or higher and who participates in an extracurricular activity (sports, arts, or any school sponsored activity). Preference will be given to a student pursuing their post-secondary education at a vocational, technical, or trade school.
Stewartstown Post #455 Sons of the American Legion Scholarship: One $1,500 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college, university, business, technical, or trade school. Preference will be given to a student who has a relative that is or was a member of the American Legion.
Stewartstown Young Vets Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship for a student with a GPA of 3.75 or higher and multiple varsity athletic letters (including at least one in baseball) who has participated in the Young Vets baseball program and volunteered in their community.
T. Richard Morris Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
William G. McLeod Scholarship for Education: Two $3,500 scholarships for students planning to attend a college or university and major in education.
York County Community Foundation offers Designated (SESD) and Competitive (York County) scholarships for which students of Kennard-Dale High School or York County School of Technology may be eligible. This list may be subject to change and will be updated as scholarships are confirmed.
YCCF Designated scholarships:
- York County Community Foundation Anna, Bennett & John Pearson Scholarship: One $1,400 scholarship for a student planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
- York County Community Foundation Doris E. Schwartz Scholarship: One $4,500 scholarship for a student with financial need who is planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
- York County Community Foundation Dorothy Moore-Stauffer Scholarship: One $1,600 scholarship for a student with financial need who is planning to attend a college/university, business, technical, or trade school.
- York County Community Foundation Jason Vest Memorial Scholarship: Two $500 scholarships for students who have a GPA of at least 3.0 and who are seeking post-secondary education opportunity in the STEM areas. Preference will be given to a student who is a first generation student.

York County Community Foundation Southern York Rotary Club Scholarship: One $1,500 scholarship for a student who shows evidence of financial need and has contributed a significant level of community service.
YCCF Competitive scholarships:
- York County Community Foundation Bob Potts Memorial Scholarship: Two $1,500 scholarships (one for a female; one for a male) for students who have participated on the cross country team and are admitted to and plan to attend an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school full-time.
- York County Community Foundation Florence B. and Clyde W. Stouch Scholarship: One $500 scholarship for a student with financial need who has been admitted to and plans to attend University of Pennsylvania full-time pursuing studies leading to a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
- York County Community Foundation Herbert S. and Louella B. Dallmeyer: One $1,000 scholarship for a student who plans to pursue studies related to water resource conservation, environmental law or general environmental students. Preference is given to students pursuing studies related to water resource conservation. Student must be admitted and plan to attend an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school full-time.
- York County Community Foundation Marea V. Eyster Memorial Scholarship: One $2,000 scholarship for a student with financial need who has been admitted to and plans to attend Millersville University full-time pursuing a career in education.
- York County Community Foundation Robert R. Anderson Family Fund: One $2,000 scholarship for a student with financial need who is planning to pursue studies in agriculture or improving farm productivity. Student must be admitted and plan to attend an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school full-time.
- York County Community Foundation Royal A. Cannon Jr. Scholarship Fund: One $5,000 scholarship for a student with financial need who has been accepted to an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school. Preference is given to students attending one of the US Merchant Marine academies or, if none, preference given to students studying science, technology, engineering or math at the school of their choice. (This scholarship is a renewable scholarship payable at $1,250/year for a maximum of four years as long as the student continues to meet scholarship criteria.)
